Review: Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, Slimmer than S24 Ultra

Samsung recently launched its flagship Galaxy S25 Ultra, which starts at ₹1,29,999.
Possessing a heavy build up, the device is thinner and slimmer than the S24 Ultra. It also features a 6.9-inch display, while being IP68 dust and water-resistant. The bottom of the phone encompasses an S Pen slot, one outlet for loudspeakers, USB type-C and dual SIM card tray slot. On the back, Galaxy S25 Ultra houses the four-camera system.
With a refresh rate of 120 Hz, the phone can be used under direct sunlight and gives a top-of-the-line experience to the users who love to read long-form articles via the phone.
In the camera department, Galaxy S25 Ultra has a 200MP main (f/1.7) camera, a 50MP telephoto (f/3.4) camera, a 10MP telephoto (f/2.4), and a 50MP ultra-wide (f/1.9) camera. Though the device fails to deliver an upbeat telephoto performance, the front-facing 12MP (f/2.2) camera is capable enough to take good shots, while also producing nice portrait shots in good to medium lighting conditions.
Featuring Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset for Galaxy (up to 4.4Ghz octa-core processor, Adreno 830 GPU, X80 5G Modem) alongside 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB UFS 4.0 internal storage (also comes in 512GB and 1TB storage options), it offers a seamless gaming experience to users.
On the battery front, it’s powered by a 5,000mAh battery unit, which in turn has a long battery life. Though we don’t get a charger in the box, it can go from 1-100% in over an hour. With top-class loudspeakers it possesses upbeat depth for different genres.
